For work that we build, fully test and release while on the Evolve Plan, we provide a one (1) month defect period. For 1 month from the release date, we will rectify any bugs caused by us in what we have built. This does not include:

  • where any portion of the app/workflow (service) or system has been modified from the state it was released in
  • new features, adjustments or similar
  • Patches related to the software vendor updating their system/API’s - see Care Plan

I am on the Care Plan? Will you continue to cover defects?

We treat defects and work on the Care Plan separate. The intent of the Care Plan is that many ongoing issues associated with software can be covered. We will only rectify defects for our work for 1 month following its release.
